At Tin Roof Kitchen we have always had a passion for real Neapolitan pizzas – first discovered on working holidays in Italy. Pizza is the simplest and most delicious of Italian street food. When the opportunity arose to import a beautiful 1956 Dodge pickup from California, the idea for our business was born; we would create great pizzas, properly made and wood-fired, and bring them to events along with excitement, theatre and fun.
Tin Roof Kitchen pizzas are made with time, patience and expertise. We ferment our pizza dough for at least 24 hours for great taste, hand-stretch each pizza for a genuine Neopolitan crust, and use only the most delicious ingredients for our toppings.
Our Dodge pickup now incorporates a wood-fired pizza oven, which is able to reach 500 degrees and cook each hand-crafted pizza in just 90 seconds. It creates a real talking point at any event. We love to bring our mobile pizzeria to weddings, birthdays and parties – where our years of catering experience mean we can create a fuss free, fun filled Italian feast for your guests.
