OUR MENU 

Delicious pizza starts with the best dough. Ours is made with Italian 00 flour, chosen for its authenticity. It is fermented for at least 24 hours – which not only improves the taste, but makes it more digestible, too. To ensure a genuine Neopolitan crust, we then hand-stretch each pizza. Our tomato sauce is also handmade by us, using San Marzano tomatoes, which have just the right balance of acidity and sweetness.

And finally, of course, our selection of toppings. We use only the finest ingredients for our pizzas – locally sourced wherever possible. Although some, like our Fior Di Latte mozzarella, can only come from Italy.

Our menu has something for all pizza lovers; whether you prefer to keep it simple with a Margherita, enjoy the spicy kick of Nduja, or the earthiness of mushrooms and truffle oil. We are always happy to accommodate specific requests – we’ll work with you to devise the perfect menu.

We can accommodate dietary requirements, too. Just ask.

DIAVOLA
San Marzano tomatoes, Fior Di Latte, Grana Padano, Spianata piccante (spicy salami), fresh chilli

NDUJA
San Marzano tomatoes, Fior Di Latte, Grana Padano, Nduja (spicy minced pork). 

PROCIUTTO
San Marzano tomatoes, Fior Di Latte, Grana Padano, Prociutto, Dolcelatte, honey.

MUSHROOM & TRUFFLE (V) (white)
Ricotta, Fior Di Latte, Grana Padano, Portobello mushrooms, Truffle oil.

Ricotta, Gorgonzola, Grana Podano, Fior Di Latte.

MORTADELLA

Vegan pesto, spinach, peppers, caramelised onions, pine nuts.
